Privacy policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy explains what information Datamite Consulting ("Datamite", "we") handles through this website and through its internal software tools, and what we do with it.

This website

This website is informational. It has no accounts, forms, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use it to collect personal information.

Like most websites, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Client information

Information we handle while working for a client is governed by our agreement with that client. It is used only to deliver the agreed work, is kept confidential, and is returned or deleted as that agreement requires.

Internal tools that connect to Google services

Datamite operates internal software tools that are used only by Datamite personnel and are not offered to the public. Some of these tools connect to the Google account of the person using them, with that person's consent.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only when needed to deliver work a client has asked for, with service providers that host our email and files under their own confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
